I don't see the jersey or jacket for my team, school or organization. Can AllStarsMiami create it?
Absolutely! Our goals are: Customer Satisfaction and Fast Delivery. Simply reach out to us with the details and you can expect a response from our team within 24 hours. 

Once I place my order, how long will it take to receive it?
Each item has it's own timeframe of how long production and delivery will be once your order is submitted. Check the product page to find out an estimated date of delivery. 

Are all Jerseys embroidered?
Absolutely! Name, number and logo will be stitched as shown on the product. 

Do you offer screen print or sublimation jerseys?
Currently, we are not offering sublimation jerseys. Check back with us as we are always innovating and offering exclusive products to our fans. 

How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE on all orders!

Are there any minimums for custom orders?
There are no minimums for any order. 

Are there any discounts for large orders?
Absolutely! We offer discounts based on the quantity ordered! Reach out to our team to discuss your needs and our ability to exceed them. 

What payment options do you offer?
We offer several payment options including: Credit Card, Venmo, CashApp and Zelle. 

What is the required deposit for my order?
We have 2 options: you can make installment payments via ShopPay or payment can be made in full. 


Can I cancel my order?
Our goal is to deliver your order in a timely fashion. Once we receive your payment, we immediately begin to work on your order right away. All orders are final.

Can I edit my order?
Editing an order can be made on a case-by-case basis. If any edits need to arranged, please contact us as soon as possible to give us the opportunity to potentially rectify your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit your order. Please make sure to check all details before placing your order.  

Can I get a refund on my order?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds of orders due to each product being customized and personalized. However, if there is an error on our part, we will work to replace the item.
